DGC completely gutted and remodeled this outdated 1970s home overlooking the Mulholland corridor as an investment property for an international client. Extensive upgrades including Venetian plaster fireplaces, a new European kitchen, new windows built in-house, recessed lighting, hardwood flooring, custom-built closets, artwork procurement and installation, new furnishings, window treatments, and full bathroom and service quarters remodels, have brought this 5800SF property into the 21st century. Landscape/hardscape modifications were designed to make previously inaccessible land a functional part of the acreage.
