DGC DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT

After restoring many original features of this 1938 property—such as recovering the original oak flooring and coved ceilings—DGC modernized the interior with updated electrical and plumbing, an open plan Poliform kitchen, widened passageways, interior and exterior mahogany one-lite doors, and redesigned baths. A complete remodel was done on the guesthouse with the installation of new cabinetry, Viking appliances, a new bathroom, mahogany one-lite doors and black walnut flooring. All hardscape, landscape, decking and gates are new throughout the property.
