DGC COLLABORATIVE PROJECT
Some people like to swim more than others and, after building an access road from lower Paseo up the side of the cliffs, an infinity pool was born, complete with an outdoor dining pavilion overlooking the Pacific Ocean. While this project originally concentrated on the exterior vision, DGC, in conjunction with former partner Brunsell Construction, also remodeled the upper levels of this three-story home, the basement level—installing a state-of-the-art movie theater, reception lounge, and home gym—as well as building a new office in the service quarters.
